Great buyers agent. I am a seller and this realtor put in an offer for half of list price. May make some people mad though it put a smile on my face. If he was my buyers agent we would ask him as a real estate agent of ours to do the same thing. If he were representing us. We kindly replied back to his offer with a nice one liner. And he thanked us and moved on as he's a smart enough real estate agent to know let's not waste each other's time. I am not the seller of a property for what his buyer is looking for. And I am sure he will find something that works for his buyer but he's going to have to work really hard to find something for his buyer and when he does I am sure his buyer will be happy with their purchase.

We were moving across the country and Scott was recommended to us. We gave him a call and he cleared a whole week to dedicate to us to find our new home. My significant other traveled to Florida while I stayed back in Wisconsin. Scott effectively communicated with us via call/text/email so I was always in the loop with everything even though I wasn't there in person. When we were ready to put in an offer, he talked us through some aggressive options (the good and bad that comes with them) on offers (in this crazy sellers market) and we successful got our offer accepted. We've been in our home for a few months now and I have reached out to Scott with a couple clarifying questions and he never makes me feel like a burden. Very professional and kind realtor.

I met Scott Standriff last fall to assist me in viewing some potential future homes. He was very accommodating as I only had a few days to view many properties.
